Cardiorespiratory endurance is the ability of the heart, lungs, and blood vessels to utilize and send fuel and oxygen to the body's tissues during long periods of moderate to vigorous activity.

Muscular strength is the amount of force that a muscle can exert.

Muscle endurance the ability of the muscles to perform physical tasks over a period of time without becoming fatigued.

Flexibility is the ability to move a body part through a full range of motion.

Body composition is the ratio of body fat to lean body tissue, including muscle, bone, water, and connective tissue such as ligaments, cartilage, and tendons.

Also, it includes all of the foods that are in each group.

Saturated fatty acids hold as many hydrogen atoms it can. Foods high in saturated fat are usually solid at room tepurature. A diet high in saturated fat can increase your risk of heart disease. Animal fats, tropical oils, beef, pork, egg yolks, and dairy products are high in saturated fat. Unsaturated fatty acids have at least one unsaturated bond (when a hydrogen atom can be added to the molecule) and are usually liquid at room temperature. Most vegetable fats are high in unsaturated fat. A diet high in unsaturated fat can decrease your risk of heart disease. (WM 5th extra)

To prevent non-communicable diseases, maintain a healthy diet, and excercise. Also, don't smoke or do drugs because it can cause lung cancer. Over exposure to the sun can also cause cancer so don't over expose! (L.B. 5th)

See if there is any history of heart disease, cancer, or other non-communicable diseaes in your family.For example, if thier is a history of  skin cancer in your family, you need to be extra careful about being in the sun without sunscreen on. If thier is a hisory of cardiovalscular diseases, be strengthening your cardiovascular system, so you are less likely to get a cardiovascular disease. In any case, whether you have a history of health problems in your family or not, maintain a healthy diet, exersise, and aviode high risk behaviors such as drinking, smoking and drugs.      [A.S. 8th]
