Why study Money Management and Goal Setting?
We all like to be able to go and do things (movies, clothes, play). In society you have to have money to be able to do things.
It is important to know how to take care of your money and use it wisely so you have it when you need it or choose to use it. You also need to be able to make a plan and stick with the plan to reach larger goals.

Restaurant Project
The restaurant project will be done at the end of the 6 weeks in the computer lab. You will be working in a group to design a restaurant menu based on the food pyramid and what we have learned in the money unit. INSTRUCTIONS
Other activities
We have been working on learning about money and how to make responsible decisions. We have used the website http://themint.org to learn about what kind of spender we are, and if we would be good at running our own business (entrepreneur).
We will also be working on making a spending plan for some things we would like to buy in the future.
