Symphonic Band
An instrumental music class offering further musical training for students who have at least one year of prior musical experience. Emphasis is on band fundamentals and rehearsal habits. Symphonic Band participates in public concerts, music contests, solo and ensemble, and all other Raider Band activities.
Honors Band
An instrumental music class for those students who have played for at least one year and have achieved an advanced level of musical competency. Emphasis is on public performance including concerts, music contests, All-Region Band competition, and solo performance. Placement is by audition only.
