WHAT: Academic UIL Regional Competition
WHEN: Saturday, March 31st (around noon)
WHERE: Cross Timbers Middle School in Grapevine
WHO: Highland Park Middle School students in grades 6-8
HOW: Students should come to the HPMS library to get an information packet
Entry forms are due Friday, Feb. 11 NO EXCEPTIONS
Meeting after school in C124 (Art Room).
More information will be coming soon. I am the sponsor for the art U.I.L team in 6th, 7th and 8th grade. We have for the last three years dominated this subject area. Last year we received 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in this competition. If art history is something you are interested in and feel you would like to compete in email me and jenkinj@hpisd.org . We will start recruiting for this at the end of the fall semester.

. You will need to know the last name of the artist and the tittle or each painting. You will also need to know information about the art work. I will give this to you when we meet up.
Meeting after school in C120 (Art Room) every Thursday.
I will give you your package of art work to study with a DVD soon.
